Black Zero, operative of special operations organization T.U.N.N.E.L, must go into the hot zone, to rescue an abducted researcher. Professor Marley Imhotep is being held captive by Icarus Seth, a deranged billionare, who thinks of the world as his personal toy. He has taken the Professor hostage, forcing him to convert the power-generating Sea Hammer into a weapon of pure destructive capability.
